Refund policy

Every MNSA piece is made for one person, so personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged once you have approved the proof and we have engraved it.

We will remake or refund your order if the piece arrives damaged (send us a photo on WhatsApp (+971 56 679 1857) within 48 hours of delivery), or if what we engraved does not match the proof you approved.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve the proof. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
